How can we weave AI into the fabric of an organisation without unravelling the existing threads of human connection?

Of course, I'm not suggesting we do this blindly, nor that all organisations would necessarily benefit from having AI woven into their fabric. But I do believe that if a business like yours could benefit from AI, then sooner or later, you will need it. And sooner is usually better than later.

Embracing the new is not just about adopting new tools; it's about curating an environment that values both innovation and humanity.

Open dialogue is typically a great place to start. Encouraging teams to voice their hopes and concerns can bridge gaps. From there we have a chance to align initiatives with core values, ensuring technology serves our mission, not the other way around.

Balancing new technology (AI in this case, but it could be anything) and human-centric values isn't always easy, but when a big shift comes along, it's necessary.
